As a buyer on UbuntuGiG, you can find the right freelancer for your project based on their profile and recommendations from past clients.
In this guide, we'll guide you through each step of the process, from identifying your needs to choosing the perfect freelancer for your project.

Buying on UbuntuGiG is very secure and easy! Follow these five steps to complete your purchase:
1. Search
Use the Search Bar to search for a freelancer based on your project’s needs, or select from one of our categories and pick out the best candidate.
2. Read
Read their Description and reviews to learn more about them and decide whether they are the right fit for your project.
3. Contact
Once you’ve found the right freelancer, click on their Profile.
Here, you should be able to provide your specifications and more details about what you expect from the seller.
If you have any additional documents that need signatures, please share them with your freelancer via message as an attachment or use the extra requirement section before placing your order.
4. Place an Order
Once the seller has agreed on your terms,you can now Add to Cart. To finalize your order, click on Checkout.
You can decide to pay using Mobile Money, Credit Card, or Paypal.
That's it! Easy right? Your Freelancer will be notified and will get to work right away.
UbuntuGiG will send you emails notifying you of each step a seller takes from the moment he or she starts working on your project to delivery.
